Pre match team talk was just a couple of questions asking what we do when we lose possession? What is the quickest way up the pitch and what do we do when we get a throw in? All answer were spot on first time!!

The first half started with some very nice passing and moving from the boys, also when possession was lost they fought as hard as they could to win back. A very nice pass cross field from Cole and a lovely finish from Darren rewarded them for their hard work.

The half time team talk was the easiest of the season as there were no points to talk about to improve on as they had done everything that hey had been taught so well in the first half.

The second half carried on with the high intensity as the first! Some great saves and clearances from Dylan in goal, Bailey was being as solid as ever in defence winning tackles and starting passing sequences, Makenzie, Cole and Darren all rotating between midfield and attack did not stop running and their positioning was first to none for the whole 40 minutes.

Coaches thoughts: This was the best performance i have seen from this team out of their first 4 matches. They have taken their learning and really started showing their understanding of the game so well.

Effort of the match: Dylan - some really good saves and clearances today, also his passing from goal kicks has got quicker and better.

Players of the match:
Bailey - solid and consistent defending and being sure on his passes and clearances.
Cole - the energy levels he proved was outstanding. He is progressing in every aspect of his game, passing, shouting and running with the ball. Brilliant performance.
