The team has been formed from the club's Saturday morning girls' only sessions at Woodford Park and follows the u12 girls who also entered the league two years ago at u10 level.

The debut match was at Penn & Tylers Green.

Zoe writes:

For our first match, we played in Beaconsfield against Penn & Tylers Green who won but we thought it went amazingly well! We were skilled at tackling the other team and we almost scored a goal near the end of the match. Four of us took it in turns to be goalie.

We were proud of how we played, given it was only the first match of the season. A play of the match was this amazing slide tackle to block a goal!

Overall, it was a great match and we had a lot of fun.
